Anti-Anxiety Approach - Mindful in nature

This is a one and a half hour workshop which is open to all students in years 5-9 and teaches students the following principles:
1) An explanation of how to move from the Fear to the Empowerment Zone
2) Daily Affirmations for success vs the "I am”Jar - You choose (36 simple statements)
3) My School Confidence Plan - daily challenge checklist
4) The Mirror of compliments - a pair work social skills exercise
5) Jubilant Jar Prompts - Pair and group work conversation starters to increase emotional awareness
6) Positive Footprints exercise for self reflection
7) Words I live by - Therapeutic Art exercise
8) Letter to myself - how to become your own best friend
The fees for this workshop are based on travel, contact time and preparation time. Since I’m an ex teacher I’m always happy to work with up to 30 students in every workshop.
